活動內容：

一、課程名稱：2019淡江大學「先進綠色材料與永續水環境科技」國際夏日課程
二、課程介紹：
　（一）本課程由本校國際處、工學院與澳洲姐妹校西雪梨大學Western Sydney University合作，由本校提供師資，開放兩校學生參加，增進本校與國外姐妹校的學生交流。課程主題為介紹有關綠色材料及水環境科技的基本知識與觀念。綠色材料將介紹在綠色能源科技、綠色高分子製程、水淨化以及節能照明技術上的發展與應用。水環境科技包括了水庫水壩的建造過程、水庫操作給水用水的模式、淨水科技的應用等。田野參訪亦包含在此課程中，例如台灣北區水庫及淨水廠以及塑膠射出成形工廠等，提供學習觀摩的機會並加深學員在知識與實際的結合。
　（二）本課程為全英語授課，開設於工學院共同科自由學分2學分。課程包括Asian Wetlands and their International Connections, Techniques of Wastewater Treatment, Advanced Materials and Green Technology, Green Energy Materials, Green Membrane Materials, Electrochromic Materials and Devices, etc.
三、活動期間：108年7月4日至7月17日。
四、活動費用：本校學員免費。
五、活動地點：淡江大學淡水校園及周邊環境、企業及景點參訪。
五、參加人員：本校大學部及碩士班同學（含境外生）及澳洲西雪梨大學Western Sydney University師長及學生。
六、本校錄取名額：10名。
七、報名日期：即日起至6月14日止，以報名先後順序錄取，額滿為止。

1. Program title: Western Sydney University Summer Camp in Tamkang University 2019: Advanced Green Materials and Water Technologies
2. Program theme:
(1) The program is a project cooperated with Western Sydney University that the students of Tamkang University and Western Sydney University are able to learn together and exchange study experiences. The program is designed by TKU professors and aims to instruct students about the applications of green materials in the fields of green energy technologies, polymer processing, water purification and energy-efficient lighting technologies. Moreover, the courses will talk about the water technologies for human needs also, including how the water reservoir be constructed; how we operate this water supply system and get clean water through modern technologies. Field trips will be involved for increasing students’ knowledge and enhancing realism to the topics of study. Join us for a chance to visit water reservoir located in northern Taiwan and plastic injection molding factory for the cell phones.
(2) The program is 2 credits earned and taught in English. 3. Dates: July 4th-17th ,2019
