活動內容：

★活動時間：
105年5月16日(星期一)下午17:00至下午19:00-模擬彩排(彩排地點為商管大樓B617)
105年5月23日(星期一)下午13:00至下午17:00-正式活動

★活動地點：淡水校園驚聲國際會議廳 (三樓）

★活動宗旨：
透過角色的融入與模擬，參與同學能夠
一、熟悉安理會之會議進行方式、程序與議事規則，並思索安理會在維護國際和平與安全上的重要角色與可能局限。
二、瞭解討論主題的相關背景知識，並探索聯合國會員國對於此特定議題的利害考量、政策立場以及會場內外的協商、議價與結盟行為。
三、結合國際關係相關理論與實務。

★模擬議題與背景設定：
此次會議將模擬聯合國安理會因應跨國移民及恐怖主義問題的最新情勢，依據聯合國憲章與安理會暫行議事規則之相關規定，召開安理會會議。

★參與人員 ：
一、參與模擬同學：共30名 將會被指派代表國家 (參與同學請於5月9日前報名)
二、活動觀摩：開放淡江學生報名觀摩當日活動（人數上限80人）

★活動進行方式：
模擬角色，主要包括
安理會常任理事國(五國)與非常任理事國(十國)代表
將對相關議題進行會議討論，此次討論議題為
一、在現今的經濟條件之下歐盟和聯合國安全理事會該如何解決跨國移民及恐怖攻擊的新挑戰
二、現今歐盟會員國公投退出歐盟是否代表了歐盟時代即將結束

★活動注意事項：
一、活動全程將由英語進行
二、請參與模擬同學將兩個時段皆空出（彩排及正式活動時間)
三、參與模擬者將有正式活動參與證明

-Aim:
Through simulating the role in United Nations, the participants could:

#1 To be familiar with how the Security Council works, including meeting conducts, procedures and the related rules, etc. To think about the importance and limitations of Security Council in maintaining international peace and security.

#2 To understand the topic and the related background knowledge. Explore the different interest considerations, political positions in the specific issue also the negotiations and allying behavior in and out between councils.

#3 To apply and combine of international theories.

Topic & Settings:
The meeting will be simulating Security Council of the United Nations. Discussing the latest issue of immigration and terrorism crisis. The agenda of the activity will follow the procedure and related rules of security council.

-Participants: 30 people (registration before 9 May)
-Audiences: Open to TKU students to observe (Maximum for 80 students )

-How it works: Simulating roles,including Permanent Member States (5) Non-permanent member States (10)
The main discussion in this event will be in two questions
1. In the current statue of financial tsunami, how can UNSC and EU resolve the new challenges of immigration and terrorism crises?
2. Does the current member-states’ referendums to exit the EU the beginning of an end to EU as we know?

Note for this activity :
1. English langue only
2. The participants have to be free on both rehearsal and activity time
3. There will be certificate for the participants in this activity
