１、檢查時間：110年11月25、26日，上午8:00至12:00，下午13:00至16:00受理健檢，詳見健康檢查時間表。
２、請先上網填寫資料，網址: https://physical.com.tw/survey/sco.php (點選淡江大學-登入)完成後，依規定時間（健康檢查時間表）至學校健檢現場，由廠商印出「健康檢查資料卡」接受健檢。(流程：活動中心報到→繳費(健檢費每人600元)→至各檢查站檢查)。
