摘要Abstract:

In this talk, we will give a brief introduction on Integrable Systems and related problems in geometric curve flows. We will construct hierarchies of curve flows, whose geometric invariants are solutions to certain soliton hierarchies, such as the KdV hierarchies and the nonlinear Schrodinger hierarchies. Moreover, we will discuss Darboux transforms and Hamiltonian formulation of these curve flows. This talk is based on works joint with Chuu-Lian Terng and Hsiao-Fan Liu.
