系友會擬定於110年12月11日(六)辦理淡江大學電子電機系友論壇(TKUECE Forum),活動中將會邀請系友林志信學長,以"行動通訊的演進與發展"為主題進行分享,同時也會邀請本學年度創新創意競賽以及機器人創意競賽之得獎者與當天針對競賽作品對系友進行介紹。。
另會後將舉辦會後聚餐,須自費每人500元,地點為六品小館-總店

Co-founder (Chief Architect)
• Focus on enterprise network solutions to provide a secure and flexible network for enterprises to accelerate digital transformation.
Institute for Information Industry (III) 2012~2021
Advisory Engineer (Director) 2019~2021
• Lead four teams, each team with 5 to 10 people, responsible for developing 5G standalone virtualize core and 5G cybersecurity orchestration.
• Implement virtual 5GC (AMF/AUSF/UDM/SMF/UPF/PCF) on container and pass the interoperability testing with Altran, Alpha Network, HTC, Lions, Nokia, Radisys etc. gNB, and MediaTek, Qualcomm CPE.
• Complete the control and user data split architecture and accelerate user data transport by SmartNIC and Intel DPDK framework. Successfully reduced the GTPU packet processing time to 1ms and increased the maximum throughput of the core network data path to 40Gbps.
• Design a 5G cybersecurity orchestration to manage all the CNIs (container network interface) on Kubernetes to implement container access control functions.
Principal Engineer (Section Manager) 2016~2019
• Lead a 15 people SW team, responsible for developing 4G virtualize core network and 5G non-standalone network.
• Implement virtual EPC (MME/SGW/PGW/HSS/PCRF) on container, and pass the interoperability testing with Alcatel Lucent, Cisco, Ericsson, NEC, and Nokia. The implemented vEPC can support 50K connections by single core CPU.
Senior Engineer 2012~2016
• Complete a private cloud management system. The system supports VMware vSphere API, OpenStack API, and OpenFlow, which can manage servers, shared storage, and SDN switch. Users can deploy the designed network topology and configure VMs and VNFs at the same time.
• Implement a network device management system which can manage device through SNMP protocol and satisfy FCAPS functions.
