活動內容：

職涯養成系列講座包含三場座談會，分別是第一場次─跨域就業力(4/9、中文)、第二場次─外交官的養成之路(4/20、全英)、第三場次─走入外交現場(5/8、中文)。

本場座談為第一場次─跨域就業力。
邀請「錠嵂保險經紀人股份有限公司北二營業處」林楨智主任和郭淑美經理，來校進行職涯探索的跨域經驗及職場必備能力的分享，將全程以中文進行；整體將進行兩個主題：
主題一：我們都可以來點不一樣 — 職場跨域力的培育
目的：藉由林主任從非金融相關背景成功跨領域投身金融業的經驗，讓同學們認識到跨領域的重要性，且如何培育自己的跨域能力，以提升其就業力。
主題二：領導力和溝通力 — 職場關鍵就業力的厚植
目的：透過業師郭經理的職涯經驗分享，讓同學們了解到職場能力（領導力和溝通力）的重要性，也讓同學們認識到如何培植這些重要的職場能力，以提升自己的就業力。
This lecture invites Director Lin Zhenzhi and Manager Guo Shumei from the North Second Branch of Dinglu Insurance Brokerage Co., Ltd. to share their cross-disciplinary experiences in career exploration and essential workplace skills. The lecture will cover two themes:

Theme 1: We Can All Do Something Different – ​​Cultivating Cross-Disciplinary Workplace Skills

Purpose: Through Director Lin's experience of successfully transitioning from a non-financial background to the financial industry, students will recognize the importance of cross-disciplinary work and how to cultivate their own cross-disciplinary skills to enhance their employability.

Theme 2: Leadership and Communication Skills – Strengthening Key Workplace Employability

Purpose: Through Manager Guo's career experience sharing, students will understand the importance of workplace skills (leadership and communication skills) and learn how to cultivate these important workplace skills to improve their employability.
