在當前高強度的EMI(全英語授課)教學環境中,教師不僅須投入大量心力以協助學生適應與學習,亦常面臨教學壓力與身心疲憊的挑戰。本次活動旨在協助EMI教師社群認識過勞的徵兆,理解其對教學與生活的影響,並透過專業分享與同儕交流,探索具體且可行的自我照顧策略。
期盼藉由本活動,促進教師身心健康,進而實現教與學的雙贏,共同營造永續與互助的教學環境。
In the demanding context of English-medium instruction (EMI), educators must often invest significant time and emotional energy in supporting student learning, which can lead to stress, fatigue, and burnout. This event seeks to support the TKU EMI teaching community by facilitating awareness of burnout symptoms, examining their impact on teaching and well-being, and exploring practical, evidence-based strategies for self-care.
Through expert input and collegial dialogue, this session aims to foster sustainable teaching practices that promote faculty wellness and student success.
