　Professor Matthew O. His research also explores the contagion of financial distress, providing essential insights into these complex phenomena. His numerous honors include being a Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science, a Member of the National Academy of Sciences, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences.
