隨著氣候變遷導致風暴變得更加強烈且頻繁，土木結構面臨的風力壓力也越來越大。在這堂課中，課程將先探討這些強風對土木結構反應的影響，進而分析風荷載如何產生並傳遞到結構上。另外，課程也將介紹風工程中用於研究這些現象的實驗和數值工具。最後，我們將體驗風洞實驗，以更佳地理解這些概念的實際應用。
As climate change drives more intense and frequent wind storms, civil structures are increasingly exposed to stronger wind forces. In this lecture, we will explore the effects of these powerful winds on the response of civil structures. We will examine how wind loads are generated and transmitted to structures, and introduce both experimental and numerical tools used in wind engineering to study these phenomena. Finally, we will engage in hands-on experience with wind tunnel experiments to better understand the practical applications of these concepts.
