Part-Time English Language Teaching Assistant Program (ELTA)
Looking for a meaningful part-time job? Join the Ministry of Education's English Language Teaching Assistant (ELTA) program and make a real difference in Taiwanese education. The best part? No Chinese language skills or teaching experience are required.
What Do ELTAs Do?
As an ELTA, you'll collaborate with elementary and junior high school teachers, along with skilled advisors from English Resource Centers. In this dynamic role, you’ll assist with thematic lessons, work closely with experienced educators to develop engaging lessons, serve as an English conversation partner, inspire students in English summer and winter camps, coach students for English competitions, and oversee club activities.
Our program offers a competitive hourly pay rate of NTD400 per session and public transport subsidies, making your commute more convenient and cost-effective, while ensuring your hard work is rewarded.
