在成長的過程中，我們每個人都帶著一套「劇本」。文化告訴我們男生該如何剛強，女生該如何溫柔，這些隱形的框架無形中形塑了我們的身分認同。但，如果我們能撥開這些文化的迷霧，重新看見性別最真實的樣貌呢？
本次講座特別邀請 馬佳歆 心理師，帶領我們穿梭在故事與認同之間。透過專業的心理學視角，我們將一起探討性別如何在文化中交織，學習如何用更寬廣的視野去理解他人，也找回最真實的自己。
不論你正對自己的定位感到迷惘，還是想了解如何建立更平等、包容的環境，這場講座都將為你帶來全新的啟發。

How much of your identity comes from yourself—and how much is shaped by culture?
As we grow up, we all carry certain expectations about gender. These invisible norms influence how we see ourselves. But what if we could look beyond them and better understand who we really are?
In this talk, a psychologist will guide us in exploring the relationship between gender, culture, and identity, and help us develop a more open and inclusive perspective.
